1. Platform Overview

HopForShop is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers and verified sellers. We provide tools for store setup, product listings, payments (including crypto), rewards, and community reporting.

HopForShop does not directly sell products unless explicitly stated.

2. User Eligibility

• ● You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• ● You are responsible for maintaining account security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Users must create an account to access certain features.

4. Seller Responsibilities

HopForShop may remove listings, suspend stores, or terminate seller accounts for violations.

5. Product Listings & Authenticity

All products must be genuine and accurately described. Fake, misleading, or prohibited listings are strictly forbidden.

Users may report suspicious listings. Verified violations may result in:

6. Orders, Payments & Transactions

• ● Prices are set by sellers
• ● Crypto values may fluctuate
• ● HopForShop does not store private wallet keys

We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain networks or external payment providers.

7. HopCoins Rewards

HopCoins are loyalty rewards earned through purchases and platform activity.

• ● Rewards have no cash value
• ● HopCoins may expire or be adjusted
• ● Abuse or manipulation may result in forfeiture

8. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by seller policies and platform rules. HopForShop may assist with dispute resolution but is not responsible for seller decisions unless required by law.

9. Prohibited Activities

• ● Engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation
• ● Violate intellectual property rights
• ● Attempt to exploit rewards or leaderboards
• ● Disrupt platform operations

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, designs, and trademarks belong to HopForShop or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

HopForShop is provided “as is.”

• ● Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Termination does not remove existing obligations.
